By signing up for Bring My Bins service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Overview
Bring My Bins provides curbside trash and recycling bin handling. On your designated pickup day, we pull your bins out to the curb and return them after collection. Service is provided from the front of your property unless other access is arranged.
2. Bin Access Requirements
Bins must be fully accessible starting noon the day before pickup. If access requires entry (e.g., gated communities, garage codes), you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date codes or instructions.
Returning bins will occur between noon and midnight on the pickup day, and the original return location must also be accessible during that time. If we cannot access your bins at any point, the visit will be skipped and not refunded.
3. Missed or Skipped Pickups
We are not responsible for missed or skipped pickups due to inaccessible bins, incorrect codes, or obstacles on the property. Missed pickups caused by municipal or holiday schedule changes may be adjusted for when possible, but adjustments are not guaranteed.
Refunds are not issued for missed service. In rare cases, a courtesy credit may be applied at our discretion.
4. Changes, Add-ons, and Custom Plans
Customers may modify their plan at any time. If you increase your bin count or add services, new charges apply immediately. If you decrease your bin count or remove add-ons, the reduced rate will apply to the next billing cycle.
For biweekly recycling, if we are not given clear guidance, we will use our best judgment based on your area. You may contact us by phone or email to clarify your pickup schedule.
5. Bin Cleaning Service Terms
Billing for bin cleaning is based solely on the number of bins you selected when signing up. We charge for all bins on your plan, even if one or more bins are not cleaned during a specific visit. If a bin is skipped for any reason — including but not limited to availability, placement, condition, weather, or technician discretion — no refunds or credits will be issued. Cleaning results and frequency may vary, and skipped bins do not affect billing.
6. Billing & Subscription Terms
Service is billed monthly in advance and auto-renews each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time. However, unused weeks are not refunded.
Although prices may be advertised on a “weekly” basis for clarity, all plans are billed monthly. Monthly charges are calculated using the industry-standard average of 4.33 weeks per month and do not reflect the exact number of service weeks in any individual month. This means that shorter or longer months, holiday variations, or skipped municipal pickups do not adjust the monthly rate.
7. Pricing Adjustments & Plan Reviews
If we determine that your plan does not match the actual level of service required (e.g., more bins or different schedule than selected), we reserve the right to:
– Cancel service
– Update your billing plan and notify you via email
If no response is received, service may continue at the updated rate unless you cancel.
We also reserve the right to raise prices at any time. Notice will be sent via email, and continued use of the service implies agreement with the new rates.
8. Liability
Bring My Bins is not responsible for:
– Damage or theft of bins
– Property damage due to terrain, weather, animals, or other hazards
– Issues arising from customer-provided codes or access methods
– Claims related to items stored near or within the path of bin handling
By using our service, you acknowledge that bin handling involves physical movement on your property and accept associated risks.
9. Conduct and Safety
We may cancel service at any time if:
– A property is deemed unsafe or inaccessible
– A customer repeatedly provides incorrect instructions or creates hazardous conditions
– A customer violates reasonable expectations of conduct or cooperation
10. Customer Support
For any service-related issues, please contact us via email or phone. WhatsApp or social media messages are not monitored for support.
To be eligible for a potential credit (if applicable), issues must be reported within 7 days of the service date.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, but are intended to apply broadly to all areas we serve.
